From October 2nd 2006, as part of a worldwide strategic review, 600 Group has been divided into three distinct and complementary divisions. These divisions are 600 Machine Tools, 600 Electrox Laser and 600 Technologies. These have been carefully designed to encourage greater customer focus and service within each of the three product groupings, ensuring that 600 Group is better able to focus its activities on the needs of specific customer types and provide each of these with even stronger support.

Within the 600 Machine Tools division, the most radical step is the creation of a new brand, Colchester-Harrison (see logo below), to encompass Colchester and Harrison CNC lathes into a range which will now also include Vertical Machining Centres previously sold under the Richmond brand. The combination of these well-respected British names gives our customers the advantage of a broad range of quality CNC machine tools with a single brand, from a single source.
