The Role:
We are looking for a positive and motivated individual to join our Spares Sales Team in a part-time, job share capacity. In this role, you will manage the full sales order process, deliver outstanding customer service, and provide essential support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and manage incoming sales orders and enquiries via phone and email.
• Handle the entire order process from quoting to shipping and invoicing.
• Follow up on quotes to maximize order conversions.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents for UK and international parcels, while coordinating with couriers to resolve any delivery issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing and resolving queries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with and support your team members as needed.

• Confident communicator with an outgoing personality and a professional telephone manner.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but full training will be provided.
