Starting in machine tool assembly, Liam quickly demonstrated his technical acumen and a keen eye for detail. His dedication to mastering the intricacies of our industry set him on a path of rapid progression.

Recognising his potential, Colchester supported Liam's ambition to further his education. In 2024, after years of hard work and perseverance, Liam completed his HND, marking a pivotal moment in his career.
