Our steel box jaws range (No. 3, 4, 4 HD, 4 XL, 5, 6 and 7) is designed for high-performance and customised clamping applications.
Key elements—including body dimensions, jaw geometry, keyways, spindle type, and hole patterns—can be tailored to suit your existing chucks and face plates, eliminating the need for re-machining.
Range Overview
•    No. 3: Compact, high-strength jaws for face plates around 1 m diameter, maximising machining area
•    No. 4: Our most versatile size, ideal for large, high-tonnage parts; HD and XL versions available for extra-heavy applications
•    No. 5 & No. 6: For medium-to-large components, delivering clamping forces up to 4,500 daN per jaw (model dependent)
•    No. 7: Fully bespoke heavy-duty jaws for components over ~30 tonnes, compatible with torque-multiplier screws for extremely high clamping force with reduced operator effort
