1971 - T.S. Harrison & Son acquired by 600 Group (founded 1898)

1979 - Gamet Bearings acquired by 600 Group (founded 1956)

1981 - Pratt Burnerd International acquired by 600 Group (F. Pratt founded – 1850)

1993 - Colchester Lathe Company closed Colchester factory and moved all production to Heckmondwike

2009 - PBI moved from Halifax site to Heckmondwike

2013 - Heckmondwike site sold and production and support facility located in refurbished Crystal Mill section of site

2015 - Clausing Precision machine tool ranges of saws, mills, drills and grinders launched in the UK and Europe

2017 - Clausing MillPWR CNC mill and Colchester MultiTurn manual/CNC lathes launched at EMO 2017
